During the 90's, a Democrat has sex with a subordinate and lies about it under oath. He orders cruise missile attacks right after the scandal breaks. Democrats successfully stop an Republican effort to remove him from office. His poll numbers climb.

This year, a Democrat sends a pictures of himself to somebody else. Not a nice thing to do if the woman didn't ask for them, but not the worst thing a Congressman has ever done. I will be surprised if Weiner is not re-elected.
